The stores affected by the problems are scattered all over the country. Right now, the search is on for the cause.

– Troubleshooting is currently underway. It is the highest priority, says Katinka Wall, who adds that the hope is that the payments will soon function as usual again.

Katinka Wall believes that the problem may be network-related. Until then, it is possible to pay with cash in the affected stores.

Also problems with deliveries

Earlier this week, Systembolaget announced that it is currently having problems with deliveries, and that there is a risk that some shelves will be empty for a while.

– It is a distributor to our suppliers, who had an IT attack. As a result, we have had problems with some deliveries, says Katinka Wall.

According to Systembolaget, a number of suppliers are having difficulties in distributing goods as usual, and a number of beer, wine and spirits varieties are affected.

– Yes, we have been informed that within a few days it will be resolved. That is the last we know at the moment, says Katinka Wall.
