Systembolaget issues a message in connection with the current disruptions.

As you know, the state-owned company has suffered from extensive problems in recent times.

The problems have led to distributors having difficulty delivering goods to Systembolaget.

Now they go out with a call to customers in connection with the disruptions.

“It does not help”

The appeal is about not placing more orders for goods that cannot be delivered.

– If you have ordered goods that are delivered by the affected distributor, these will not be able to be delivered, Systembolaget emphasizes via its website.

– Therefore, we will cancel exactly these goods in your order. It does not help at the moment to place a new order for the same goods that you have had cancelled.

Shop and e-commerce

Furthermore, it is explained that both physical stores and e-commerce are affected by the disturbances.

– Right now, a number of our suppliers who use the same distributor are having difficulties in distributing their goods to Systembolaget.

– As a consequence of this, the availability of certain goods may be temporarily affected in stores and in our e-commerce.

Unable to notice

Systembolaget does not have the opportunity to label the goods handled by the affected distributors.

– Unfortunately, we are currently unable to identify which goods are delivered by the affected distributor. We are sorry for this.

– On the other hand, our stores’ balance is continuously updated, and there you can see which goods your store has in stock. You are welcome to contact your shop or our customer service if necessary, we will help you.

Closed Swish

It is currently not possible to pay with Swish due to the current situation.

– Due to the high number of canceled customer orders due to disruptions in the distribution of goods, we have closed the option to pay with Swish and direct payment on our website. You can still pay by card as the amount on the card is only reserved and not paid.

There is no forecast for when the situation may be resolved and orders can resume as usual.
