Influencer sentenced to prison for assault and child pornography crime | Pleasure

The woman, who lives in the Stockholm area, is sentenced to one year and eight months in prison for several cases of assault, unlawful invasion of privacy and child pornography offences.

The cases are supposed to be connected to conflicts on social media and one of the assault victims has stated in interrogation that “certain controversies” were behind the assault.

One of the assault cases occurred in Skärholmen in southern Stockholm in January earlier this year. The influencer then allegedly punched and kicked two plaintiffs, one of whom was also stabbed. The stab hit in the chest.

Judged against his denial

The child pornography offenses relate to the sharing of content on Tiktok and Instagram, according to the verdict. In one of the cases, the woman allegedly showed explicit images of one of the crime victims in a live broadcast on Tiktok. She is also said to have sent child pornographic images in a direct message on Instagram.

The woman is sentenced against her denial at the same time as she is acquitted on several counts in the same case, including gross defamation and attempted unlawful deprivation of liberty.

In addition to the prison sentence, the influencer must pay tens of thousands of kroner to six plaintiffs.

Two more people were accused in the case. One of them was acquitted by the court.
