They don’t really know if the podcast will come back.

For several years, Jessica Wahlgren, 49, and Hanna Hedlund, 49, have run the podcast “Å andra siden”. But now it is put on hold.
– We’re going to take a break, we don’t have a start date, this is the last one for now, says Hanna Hedlund, in the new episode of the podcast.
Jessica Wahlgren says that it feels good that the listeners have expressed that they will miss the podcast.
The duo says that they love to podcast but that it has to feel joyful.
– I am very proud of us for making this decision and listening to our bodies and brains, says Jessica Wahlgren.
She says that recently she has had severe stress symptoms and, among other things, suffered facial paralysis.
– Stroke and exhaustion symptoms are so similar.
The future of “On the other side”
Since then, Jessica Wahlgren has taken one hour at a time.
– I’m happy that I feel much better now, I think part of it is that something was lifted off my shoulders.
Maybe the podcast will be resurrected this fall – maybe not.

– It’s liberating to not have this control and just decide that we have that need.
