Nischer Properties has decided to cancel an agreement on the sale of development projects in Säve, Gothenburg.
As the company previously announced, on November 23, 2023, Nischer entered into an agreement to sell the company’s development project in Säve, Gothenburg. The agreed price was SEK 7.5 million.
The deal concerns the property Gunnesby 2:8.
Access would have taken place at the end of March 2024. However, due to a lack of ability to pay, the buyer has not completed his payments, and thus has not fulfilled his obligations according to the agreement. As a result, Nischer has decided to cancel the agreement.
As a result of the cancellation, the down payment received has been forfeited and has gone to Nischer. Nischer is further entitled to claim compensation for the damage caused by the buyer’s breach of contract to Nischer.
