Box of’s recruitment meeting “Recruitment Days”, which has been arranged on two occasions in Västerås, is now going national. Together with industry player Jobbeventyret, four more locations will be part of the success concept. – It feels both exciting and satisfying that we now together with Jobbeventyret have the opportunity to further develop and broaden the Recruitment stories, says Box of’s CEO Peter Alexandersson.
The recruitment days are a job fair in Västerås that shines a spotlight on various industries. The fair is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a job or wanting to change careers to meet employers and representatives from both large and small companies and organizations.
On two occasions, in 2023 and 2024, the fair has been held at the Hotel Plaza in Västerås with great success and participation.
It will continue to do so. The next occasion will be October 1 in Västerås, but it will also get wings and will go on a tour in Central Sweden during October 2024. The places that will be visited are Karlstad, Uppsala, Eskilstuna and Örebro.
It is possible thanks to the collaboration with Jobbeventyret, a job and recruitment fair for all jobseekers, for those who want to change jobs and for students.
The fair is thus a link between labor and employers and should provide the opportunity to find the right candidates and the right skills.
– We want to offer both visitors and exhibitors an easygoing and positive atmosphere where the exhibitors are also given the opportunity to network with each other, say Shiva Behzadnia, Anna Johansson and Christopher Oliver at Jobbeventyret AB.
– The purpose of the fair is to create a platform and a meeting place where different actors meet during the tour. Business, regions, organizations and authorities get an opportunity to network together.

– What we have noticed during the first two editions of Recruitment Days is that there is a huge need for meeting places for qualitative meetings between recruiters and prospective employees.
The touring job and recruitment fair with networking will also have another close collaboration – UF, Ungt Företagande. They will be at the fair with a number of places and we also hope to achieve further cooperation with the secondary school.
