Here is the restaurant that offers different taste experiences

Quality Hotel The Box restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and has a wide menu that mainly consists of classic Nordic dishes. Here you can order, among other things, sirloin steak, Caesar salad, hamburgers, fried cod and meatloaf. Since April 1, Rashid Razati is the new restaurant manager.

– Even though our dishes are classic, the taste experience is different. Those who come here think that the flavors stand out from what they have previously tried. We offer dishes that the guests want, and know from before, but they should be surprised by the flavors, says Rashid.

Rashid will now be involved in developing the workforce and raising the level of service in the restaurant even more. He has worked in the industry for 24 years and according to him, good service is one of the most important things for a successful restaurant concept.

– It’s not just about delivering high-quality food and drink, all other service is just as important, from when you get here to when you leave. As a guest, you should feel secure that we have the necessary experience and knowledge, he says.

The restaurant has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. It is open to hotel and conference guests as well as external guests who only want to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner.

– In the restaurant we have lovely music that creates a lively environment for our guests. If you only want to settle down for something to drink, it is of course fine. Our bartender is exceptional at drinks and we are also going to expand the wine list so that we have more options by the glass and by the bottle, says Rashid who is also a sommelier.

The restaurant concept will be further developed in the near future, says Rashid. First, minor adjustments will be made that will improve both guests and staff. Going forward, guests will be able to participate in wine tastings – and there are plans to install a wine station outside the restaurant. In addition, the outdoor seating will soon open for the season.

– We will open the outdoor dining area in May, it will be very nice with plants and other decorations that make it extra cosy. Here, guests can sit both during the day and in the evening for a wonderful experience, says Rashid.
