Shortly before one o’clock, the police and emergency services were called to Linnégatan in Östermalm after a truck caught fire while it was driving.
The driver was able to get out and no one was physically injured.
Entrepreneur and blogger Isabella Löwengrip walked past the fire and saw smoke rising into the sky.
“People went against the fire to look. You should definitely not do that! Dangerous! Hope no one got hurt“, she writes on Instagram.
The police cordoned off an area around the fire while the emergency services worked on extinguishing the fire. There are no signs that any crime was committed, according to the police.
