One of them is “Adam”. He describes the children as young soldiers, who can be easily manipulated and trained to become snipers.

“Danial” comes masked and armed to the interview. Using younger people has become lucrative, he believes, and that the younger generation is “stepping up really well.” He describes a world where everyone is a potential target, no one is safe, and where rules have been thrown out of whack.

– We don’t run with any rules. If you are my enemy, I will do everything to get you. If I don’t take you, I’ll take your brother. If I can’t get you, I’ll get your dad.

The ever younger criminals are a challenge for the police. Jale Poljarevius is the head of intelligence for Police Region Central and has seen the change in recent years.

– These are very sad negative trend breaks. And these shooters are put in such conditions where they take the wrong people completely. It’s really crazy.
