Housing developer Realy Bostad recruits Andreas Falk as a new project manager. The closest he comes from Byggnadsfirman Viktor Hanson.
Realy Bostad, which was established in 2022, has since its inception carried out several acquisitions and built up a project portfolio with 450 rental homes in the Stockholm area and Gothenburg.
– I look forward to contributing my industry experience to Realy Bostad where I will have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the company’s projects, says Andreas Falk, newly appointed project manager at Realy Bostad.
With the backing of the London-based asset manager Matter Real Estate, which invested SEK 510 m in the company, Realy Bostad is actively looking for more projects with a focus on building rights in Greater Stockholm and Gothenburg. The vision is a portfolio of 1,500 rental homes under own management with a property value of SEK 3 billion within five years.
