Now it is clear that Fabege signs an agreement with the white goods company BSH Home Appliances AB for a new office and showroom for its brands Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau in Solna Business Park. In total, it is about 4,300 square meters at the corner of Svetsarvägen. The agreement extends over 10 years.

BSH will move into its new premises during the summer of 2025. The office, including a 750 sq m showroom on the entrance floor, has high ceilings, large windows and open courtyards.

The property is certified according to BREEAM-SE rating level very good, which sets high sustainability requirements.
– In order to strengthen the company culture and internal collaboration, we first of all looked for office space where everyone had a place on one and the same floor. In addition, we wanted our four showrooms and the outlet store at street level with good exposure. We fulfill these wishes with the new premises in Solna Business Park.
Solna Business Park is a district with offices, services and commerce. Conditions are now also being created for housing in the area. Existing tenants such as Pocket in the park, Actic and Aiden by Best Western have gained good neighbors through, for example, Smedens mathall, Scenen Konferens and F9. Recently, new lettings have taken place to, among others, CGI, HSB, Mekonomen, Miele, SEK and now also BSH.
BSH has until now been located in Humlegården’s “Big Blue” premises in Solna.
