As the summer heat sets in, the Flowlife Summer Run 2024 kicks off, a series of virtual runs that offer everyone from vacationing families to elite runners the opportunity to maintain their fitness and participate in the community, no matter where they are in the world.
A flexible solution for summer challenges Flowlife, known for their innovative recovery products, have designed the running range Flowlife Summer Run 2024 so that runners can compete and at the same time enjoy the freedom of summer. Through the digital platform Sprintcrowd, participants can join from the holiday resort, the summer resort or the classic favorite running round at home. The series spans five Sundays from July 7 to August 4, and gives runners the chance to choose between two different distances each week:
- 5 km or 10 km on Sunday 7 July
- 5 km or 10 km on Sunday 14 July
- 5 km or 10 km on Sunday 21 July
- 5 km or 15 km on Sunday 28 July
- 10 km or 21 km on Sunday 4 August
This structure encourages continuous training throughout the summer and offers a flexible competitive spirit where each runner can set their own goals.
Goodie bags and exclusive offers
The first 1,000 participants to sign up not only get a starting place in the Flowlife Summer Run, but they also get a goodie bag with surprises from Boxbollen, Joe & the Juice, Supernormal, RaceID Miles, STC and a Flowtank. But that’s not enough! The first 1,000 also receive exclusive offers from select partners such as the Bruce and Hale Center.
For those who prefer to run and just run, there is also the option of choosing a “Just Run” package upon registration SEK 100 is donated to The Ocean Cleanup per registration instead of a goodie bag.
