Demand: Ban Tiktok in Sweden

Sweden should completely stop the social media Tiktok, which is particularly popular among young people. That is the opinion of Adam Cwejman, political editor at Göteborg-Posten. The reason is the app’s Chinese owner, who, according to critics, creates a direct route for the Chinese Communist Party straight into millions of mobile phones in the US and Europe.

At the same time that the US House of Representatives voted through large support packages for Ukraine and Israel, among others, a bill was also passed that could eventually mean that Tiktok is banned in the US.
