The residential rights association Marionetten has acquired a property on Kungsholmen with 32 apartments for SEK 67 million.

The housing rights association Marionette 1 was registered in 1999 and, after many years of waiting, has finally been able to transform the property. The association now acquires the Marionetterna 1 property on Kungsholmen in Stockholm.

AB Galären acted as agent for Marionette and Rosengren & Co represented the private seller. SEB has assisted with the financing of the association’s loan.

On April 18, the acquisition of Marionetterna 1 with address Vitalisvägen 12 / Stagneliusvägen 44 was carried out for conversion to a condominium.

The building’s 32 apartments have a living area of ​​1,509 sq m and the five premises house 152 sq m. The purchase price amounted to SEK 67 million.
