The police may monitor parts of central Stockholm using drones on April 27–28 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The police authority has decided that drones may be used for camera surveillance in parts of central Stockholm.
The decision applies from 08:00 to 20:00 on April 27-28. Affected areas are shown in the image above.
Camera surveillance with UAS is used when necessary for crime prevention and crime investigation purposes. It is also used to prevent, prevent or detect disturbances of public order and security and to limit the effects of such disturbances.
Camera surveillance with drones
