Torén’s contractor was formed in 1971 by Håkan Torén with the business idea of ​​carrying out land contracts and where he was also the man who in 1984 together with three other companies formed the Attacus group where the business consisted of construction, land, forging and pipe work.

– We ran this until 1989 when we were bought by the entrepreneur Hans Thulin. We were paid well, remembers Håkan Torén, who after that (1994) decided to restart Toréns.

– I was able to do it because we profited from the sale of Attacus and where I started over with three employees, says Håkan Torén.
