Karch’s share purchase appears in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s transparency register. It is about two transactions, on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
On Wednesday, Matthew Karch bought 4 million shares in Embracer at a price of SEK 24.41. On Thursday, he acquired another 2 million shares at a price of SEK 21.64. In total, the deals amount to around SEK 140 million.
After the share purchases, Matthew Karch owns roughly 7 million shares in Embracer, according to the ownership data service Holdings.
Earlier on Friday, it was clear that another board member, Jacob Jonmyren, bought 25,000 shares in Embracer at a price of SEK 21.05. The deal amounts to just over half a million kroner.
The purchase corresponds to a holding increase of 37.3 percent, according to owner data service Holdings, and his holdings after Friday’s transaction total 92,000 shares.
The Embracer share has traded down significantly following the company’s report that was published earlier this week. At 10:45 a.m. on Friday, Embracer shares were down 0.2 percent.
