Karch’s share purchase appears in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s transparency register. It is about two transactions, on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.

On Wednesday, Matthew Karch bought 4 million shares in Embracer at a price of SEK 24.41. On Thursday, he acquired another 2 million shares at a price of SEK 21.64. In total, the deals amount to around SEK 140 million.

After the share purchases, Matthew Karch owns roughly 7 million shares in Embracer, according to the ownership data service Holdings.

Earlier on Friday, it was clear that another board member, Jacob Jonmyren, bought 25,000 shares in Embracer at a price of SEK 21.05. The deal amounts to just over half a million kroner.

The purchase corresponds to a holding increase of 37.3 percent, according to owner data service Holdings, and his holdings after Friday’s transaction total 92,000 shares.
