And it continues to grow. The plans also include dredging the depth from today’s 13.5 meters to 17.5 meters.

The presidential couple want to familiarize themselves with infrastructure that has strategically important importance both civilly and militarily. If the worst were to happen, and the war was a fact, the port of Gothenburg could take on a decisive importance.
