The Swedish star broker Fredrik Eklund, known from “Million Dollar Listing” has long lived in Los Angeles, but in July 2023 it was clear that the family would move to Florida.

“We are renting out our house in Beverly Hills! We arrived in Los Angeles four years ago today and we have so much to thank California for. I have built a strong team here and we continue to set records. But my company is expanding rapidly in Miami and the twins got into one of the best schools there for the fall,” wrote Eklund on Instagram at the time.

But now it seems the family has decided to make the move permanent.

The family’s house is for sale.

“We love this house so much. We have put our heart and soul into the renovation and design,” writes Eklund on Instagram.

The price? Yes, it’s not for the poor.

The details from Eklund’s house

The luxury house is being sold for the equivalent of SEK 108 million.

The villa consists of eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms and is located in the “chic” area of Beverly Hills – just a stone’s throw from the exclusive street Rodeo drive.

“It is done to perfection on a large plot of land,” writes Eklund further.

The luxury house is surrounded by lush trees for ultimate security and privacy.

The interior is in pink, beige and gray tones and one of the bathrooms is decorated with marble.
