USM is the official Swedish championships in handball for young people aged 14-18. USM starts in September/October each year and around 600 registered teams in the six classes (girls 14, 16 and 18 and boys 14, 16 and 18) play between one and four steps.
The entire competition ends during the combined final weekend, which is played in April/May of the following year, where 48 teams finally settle for the title of Swedish champion in each class.
The final weekend in USM 2024 is arranged in IFU Arena, Uppsala on April 26-28.

Bag ban
Please note that there is a bag ban for visitors to the event.
Accredited teams, participants, judges, officials, volunteers and others who work with the event are not covered by the bag ban. This means that these categories must use player input throughout the final game. Volunteers in the public entrance are not authorized to let in any bags.
Event measurement
During the upcoming final game in the IFU Arena, the Swedish Handball Association and Destination Uppsala are conducting an event survey where we would like to know more about your experience of the USM finals and your stay in Uppsala. The measurement company Research One will be on site during the event and conduct a survey. Participating in the survey is of course optional, but it would be greatly appreciated if you would take a few minutes to answer the questions. In this way, you help us develop and become better!
