It was in June that Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced his retirement from football. In front of a packed San Siro, he was waved off by the Milan supporters.
Since then, questions have been raised about the Swede’s future, early on he was stated to be eligible for a return to Milan in some type of leadership position.
Nothing came of it – but then things were thrown around when club legend Paolo Maldini was sacked from his role as sporting director.
The journalist Nicolò Schira has previously,
, reported that Milan’s interest in Zlatan’s services is still high. And pictures,Non è un mistero che da mesi Giorgio #Furlani stia corteggiando Zlatan #Ibrahimovic per averlo all’interno dell’#ACMilan con un ruolo dirigenziale… #calciomercato https://t.co/kl2Aria28A

Talked to the coach
Two days after Milan’s 5-1 loss to Inter, the team’s biggest derby defeat in 14 years, Zlatan was seen arriving at the club’s Milanello training facility in a black Volvo.
He then supervised training and was seen conversing with head coach Stefano Pioli. What this says about a possible future for the Swede in Milan should be left unsaid.
Zlatan still lives in Milan with his family, both of his sons belong to Milan’s youth academy.
Milan had started the league season with four straight wins before the derby loss, next they step into the Champions League group stage when Newcastle come to San Siro on Tuesday night.
