Markus, 29, died – the defibrillator did not work – VLT

In the middle of floorball training, Markus Elmerfors, 29, collapsed with cardiac arrest.

Despite the prompt intervention of several people, his life could not be saved.

Maybe the outcome would have been different if the first defibrillator had worked?

– We will get to the bottom of this, says Markus’ trainer, Rosalie Sjödahl, who tried to save his life.

One of IK Råby’s floorball teams is practicing as usual one evening in April when suddenly Markus Elmerfors falls to the floor inside the sports hall in Råby city center.
