Manchester United star Marcus Rashford, 26, has mixed and matched this season with eight goals and five assists in 40 games, while drawing criticism for his performances and body language on the pitch. Furthermore, the Englishman has also been the focus of events off the field, when he has, among other things, called in sick for a training session – hours after he partied in Belfast.

Rashford last played in the semi-final win over Coventry in the FA Cup, and was substituted in the 97th minute, partly to boos from the stands at Wembley.

Now Rashford is marking against harassment, which he has had to endure, recently.

“I appreciate your support. It’s harassment, and it’s been going on for months. That’s enough,” the forward wrote on X, while sharing a supportive post on the platform.

Earlier this year, Rashford also wrote a long text on the platform “The Players’ Tribune”, where he marked his commitment to United.

Rashford missed the last meeting with Sheffield United in the Premier League. On Saturday, United face Burnley at home in the league. United are sixth in the Premier League.
