Vallens IF won against Morlanda GoIF

But the turnaround came in the second half, and in the end it was 2–1 for the home team Vallen.

Morlanda’s coach Jasper Thijssen liked the match:

– We go to Stora Höga with confidence and courage. Showing it right away by starting strong and taking an early lead once again. Make another one not long after but get it taken away. Then in the second it is more open and swinging play with some chances in both directions. Finally they put a second ball in the corner and not much later another one. We try to press and get chances, also get a nice header that goes inside the post but just a few mm too far out. Ends 2-1 and we go home a little disappointed with no points as it was such small margins. But we keep going and will be even better next week!

Tobias Mikaelsson was responsible for Vallen’s decisive goal after 58 minutes.

Morlanda took an early lead. Rickard Schöndell struck, already in the 14th minute. Immediately after the break, Tobias Mikaelsson struck and equalized for Vallen.

With just over half an hour left to play, Tobias Mikaelsson scored again and decided the match. The team had thus turned the game around.

This means that Vallen is now in third place in the table, and Morlanda is in tenth place.

In the next round, Vallen Svarteborg are away at Sparplan Hällevadsholm, Friday 3 May 19.00. Morlanda plays at home against Herrestad 2 Saturday 4 May 13.00.
