The attacks against the Ukrainian energy supply are said to have targeted the regions of Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk. At least two people are said to have been injured in the attacks, which are described as “massive”. 21 out of 34 incoming missiles were reportedly shot down.

Four thermal power plants are said to have been damaged in the attack, according to Ukrainian data.

Attacks against the Ukrainian electricity grid have recently intensified from the Russian side. Currently, there are special guidelines for not using too much electricity during the evening.

In Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine, a Russian robot has hit a hospital for psychiatric care during the night, reports the news agency Ansa.

At least one person – a woman in her 50s – has been injured, the region’s governor says Oleh Sinegubov on Telegram.

Russia claims to have shot down nearly 70 Ukrainian drones between Friday and Saturday. There are no reports of injuries. The absolute majority of them were shot down over the Krasnodar region in southern Russia, according to the Ministry of Defense in Moscow. Two drones are said to have been shot down over Russian-occupied Crimea in Ukraine.
