The bill for the municipality’s noise measurement landed on restaurateur Magnus “Totte” Torstensson’s table.

After hearing his experiences, the municipality realized the system error – and now the rules are being changed.

– It is not the sum that is the problem, but the principle, says Magnus Torstensson.

Magnus “Totte” Torstensson runs O’Leary’s in Sundsvall. Previously, when the municipality carried out noise measurements of the restaurant, he has had to foot the bill. But this summer it will be different.
