Demolish mosques in Sweden – Sydsvenskan

In the speech, Åkesson addresses the wave of violence that Sweden saw during the autumn and contrasts it with when he grew up in 1979 in “one of the world’s safest countries”.

– Now, almost 45 years later, I am forced to raise my ten-year-old son in something that most resembles the Wild West.

Something has broken in Sweden, he believes.

– We have war in the streets today. It’s shooting and it’s blowing up like we’ve never seen before.

He says that the job of cleaning up this mess has begun but that the “complete disaster” that befell Sweden is not a mistake but a naive, dangerous anti-Sweden policy.

– Friends of Sweden. Now we are involved in governing Sweden, we will make Sweden great again.

The party leader also wants to see a stop to the construction of new mosques.

– We need an immediate stop to the establishment of new mosques in Sweden.

– We need to start confiscating and demolishing mosque buildings where anti-democratic, anti-Swedish, homophobic or anti-Semitic propaganda or general misinformation about Swedish society is spread.

According to SD, the legislation must be reviewed so that the police and Säpo can use covert means of coercion against religious congregations for intelligence and gathering evidence.

– Minarets, domes, crescents or other attributes that serve as Islamic monuments in the cityscape should be completely removed, says Åkesson.

He also raises the concept of “Gaza Swedes”, and believes that people who traveled to Gaza, who do not know Swedish and do not live in Sweden “are not Swedes”.

– They have nothing to do here.

When Åkesson, who has been party leader since 2005, brings up the points that the Sweden Democrats got through in the Tidö agreement with the government, he above all mentions migration and criminal policy.

It is a party with wind in their sails that gathered during the weekend for country days, as the congress is called. The party is in opinion polls at around 21 percent, slightly above the election results, while other parties in the government base have lost ground since the election.

Åkesson brings up further increases in punishment that the government and SD are planning and states that it will be a crime to be part of a criminal gang.

– Freedom of association must be restricted, it may sound serious, for criminal associations. So if you have a criminal association, you must no longer have it. It should simply be a crime to be part of a criminal organization.

It will be a “paradigm shift in both criminal policy and immigration policy”.

– And there will be more, there will be much more.

Åkesson also highlights the war between Israel and Hamas and that all of Sweden must stop apologizing for “un-Swedish, non-democratic and violent value systems.” He claims, and refers to Member of Parliament Jamal El-Haj (S), that the Social Democrats are not clear in their position.

– The Social Democrats are rather an active part of the Islamist movement in Sweden, claims Åkesson.

– Now you have your powerful Member of Parliament Jamal El-Haj, who as recently as last spring participated in a Hamas conference here in Sweden.

Åkesson claims that party leader Magdalena Andersson (S) will never be able to become prime minister again without “the Islamists’ votes and support.”
