The number admitted to summer courses at Stockholm University has increased by 26 percent compared to last year, according to new statistics.

A total of 55,797 people have been admitted to summer courses at universities and colleges around the country. Of these, 10,298 people have been admitted to courses at Stockholm University. This places the university in second place after Linnaeus University, which has 11,313 admitted. This is shown by statistics from the University and College Council (UHR), which published the admission notices on April 25.
The number admitted to summer courses at Stockholm University has increased significantly compared to last year when 8,162 people were admitted. This means an increase of 26.2 percent or 2,136 people.

Course about the Middle East tops the list
At Stockholm University, 7.5-credit courses on, among other things, the Middle East, dinosaurs and fake news have the highest number of admissions. In the list below, the number admitted is given in parentheses.
