Sonos has announced that it will launch a brand new design for the Sonos app on May 7th. The new app will support over 100 different music streaming services and radio apps. You should be able to organize albums, playlists and channels freely on the new customizable home screen.

It will also be easier to access system controls for your Sonos devices through the app, you’ll just have to swipe up on the home screen.

The new version of the app will support all Sonos S2 products. When it launches on May 7, it will be rolled out as a software update to the existing S2 app, but will also be available as a web app.
