Hello,

Just picked up this computer from Inet. Not good with computers, is my first custom built and paid net for everything to work.

ASUS Prime B650M-A WIFI II
Inet Info sheet
Kingston NV2 M.2 NVMe Gen 4 1TB
G.Skill 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 Trident
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 3.8 GHz 38MB
DeepCool AK400 Zero Dark
PowerColor Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB Hellhound
Seasonic Focus GX 750W
Kolink Observatory HF Mesh Black

I downloaded windows from microsoft on a USB stick and tried to install myself. However, it got stuck saying it can’t find wifi and says it needs to have internet before we can move on. Didn’t work with either the router or the mobile phone to get it to find wifi. I then used shift+F10 and in the command prompt I was then able to Bypass Out-of-the-Box-Experience (OOBE) Internet Requirement and was then able to complete the windows installation, which went well.

The graphics look like something from 1998, (put display port in the graphics card slot) and it can’t find the internet yet. My non-scientific gut tells me that the motherboard, graphics card, etc. are not talking to each other and there are no drivers installed?
Contacted the internet, who said that the drivers would definitely be installed, but that I should still download LAN and WIFI drivers on the motherboard to get connected. Then they told me to do a DDU and uninstall all the drivers and reinstall them? I should also download all the drivers on a USB they thought and reinstall them?

This feels complicated to me, I’m at work now, if you have any tips, ideas or wise words, I’d be happy to receive them.
