The spectacular performance with the song Tattoo floored the audience in Malmö and Loreen made it straight to the final.

Now a storm is brewing around the artist’s song – it is said to be eerily similar to a Spanish electro song.

The Spanish daily ABC writes that Pont Aeris’ “Flying free” from 1999 is very similar to the favorite “Tattoo”, something that Expressen was the first to write about.

“The line between plagiarism and homage is very subtle in this song.” writes ABC.

According to the newspaper, the Spanish song should be very well known on the electronic music scene.

It is thus up to the listener to decide how similar the songs are.
