This is how the new railway will be through Njurunda – Sundsvalls Tidning

12.5 kilometers of new double-track railway is to be laid from central Sundsvall to Dingersjö.

Houses must be demolished, roads moved and the landscape refurnished.

Now ST can present the preliminary plan for the entire route.

The double track has been planned for a long time and will be of great importance for train traffic to the south. When the double track on the Ostkustbanan is finished all the way down to Gävle, it will take two hours to take the train from Sundsvall to Stockholm.
