Two Premier League players were arrested and questioned by police this weekend after a suspected rape.

Two Premier League players, who are both 19 years old and play for the same team, were arrested this weekend, reports the Daily Mail, which refers to The Sun. This after a police report of rape.
One player has been questioned on suspicion of rape. The other has been questioned on suspicion of assault and aiding and abetting rape.
Both have been released on bail, a police spokesperson told The Sun.
– As the situation is now, it is in the hands of the police. The club will not be making any further comment at this time, a spokesperson for the club told The Sun.
