The P17 national team’s gross squad for the 2025 WC has been selected – here are the players who have a chance at the 2025 WC

Confederation captain Anders Torhall and deputy confederation captain Ove Axelsson have selected a large gross squad, divided on two occasions, for the World Cup 2025. Here is the player squad that is gathered in the north.

The P17 national team now starts the 2024/2025 season. Over 50 players are invited to two camp days in September. The days are divided into one lay in the north and one in the south.

– We are doing this, just like last season, so that as many players as possible will have the chance to show off, says national team captain Anders Torhall regarding the large number of players and the division into two occasions.

– As I said, there will be over 50 guys who get to start the season in mid-September. Then we already have plans for another camp in November. A few guys who were born in 2009 are already there, but at the planned camp in November there may be more guys born in 2008-2009 who get the chance and then we will also have time to see a bit of the new season, continues Torhall. There are two very strong groups that have been selected and we expect fantastic days on September 13 in the north and September 15 in the south.
