“Different from José Mourinho”
The anger that could be seen when things went wrong was palpable, he tells the former United icon Rio Ferdinand.
– If you did that during a match, he could be completely furious in the dressing room. He threw bottles around, for example.
The English national team icon is described as “shocked” that Solskjaer could react in that way.
But Pereira explained that the anger came out in exceptional cases.
– He still talked to me that I should be patient, because he liked me as a player. It gave me security, in that way he is different compared to coaches like José (Mourinho), says Pereira.
Andreas Pereira made a total of 75 competitive appearances for Manchester United.
