Reset google account, known safe search setting disobedience is linked to logged in google accounts – Cloud

Google Safe search is screwed up only when I’m logged in to 1 of my 2 google accounts,
on the other account, safe search OFF really means that it will be OFF in practice, even if not
logged into any google account at all OFF really means this, but not on this google account, so the account is corrupt,
and then the question is how do I reset the account from any changed settings? https://myaccount.google.com

“Data and privacy” and “security” are two bars of interest, which contain a lot
incomprehensible settings that might affect, but I don’t think safe search settings are there?
without them, you can only access it by entering “https://www.google.com/safesearch” or googling
a direct link as I understand it, and it is set to OFF

This google account is also logged in on the mobile, I think, but safe search is also set to OFF there.
